Night Activities: Team Leader – Liz Shine

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Determine hours of operation

·         arrange for liquor & beer returns

·         secure bartenders, ticket seller, one person to handle cash

·         get wrist bands from Treasurer

·         determine amount of alcohol, pop and ice needed

·         obtain site plan and apply for liquor license

·          Inform volunteer coordinator on number of volunteers needed

·         arrange for Smart Serve Courses for director and Volunteers that so require

·         order ice needed
