2010 Team Registration Form

Please make cheque or money order out for $500, payable to the Atikokan Bass Classic. Mail to: Atikokan Bass Classic, P.O. Box 2079, Atikokan, Ontario, Canada, P0T 1C0. We no longer except VISA. When we receive your payment you will be added to the 2010 Team Roster. Starting positions will be drawn July 1, 2010. If there are spots left after July 1st, you will be added to the list in the order we receive your registration and payment.

Please provide both Team Member's mailing address, email address and phone number so we can place them on our mailing list.

When you click "cast" once you've completed the form, you will be directed to the Team Bio Form. Please fill it out as doing so gives our emcee, Jimmy Johnson, the opportunity to introduce you properly during the Parade of Boats and Weigh-in.

In accepting this entry form for registration I hereby waive and release all other contestants, the host, the sponsors and tournament officials from the claims of injury and/or damage incurrred in connection with the Atikokan Bass Classic. I furthermore understand and agree that the tournament committee reserves the right to refund my entry fee if it shall choose for any reason not to accept my registration.
